Lebanon, Pa- Early last evening an unsuspecting mother and her daughter arrived home to find it invaded by Sammy the Super Squirrel. Sammy (as he is commonly known) had fallen through the ceiling of the apartment while doing his daily tease on the four cats. Three of the cats ran to hide. Only one, Bastet, stayed to fight.

After successfully placing the cats in the bathroom and closing the door, the mother and daughter attempted many times to capture him. Every attempt ending with Sammy flying at the daughter, Kristine age 20.

Running up the walls and leaping at them, the capture of Sammy seemed impossible. But luckily the daughter thought to open the back door that opens to the balcony. After approx. 10 minutes they had finally managed to successfully get Sammy outside.

What had caused this usually kind, mischevious, care-free squirrel to do all of this? Maybe he found the cats stash of catnip. Or maybe he just ate a bad nut.

Heh, so yeah, as you can see, I had a pretty intresting evening last night.
